Performance C/C Heater Elements
CFC Heater Elements manufactured from PC70 and PC30 offer outstanding performance over graphite and other carbon materials. Due to the nature of our short-fibre C/C properties we can offer high precision machined elements that can have very good control over the electrical resistivity.
PC series C/C Elements are also much lighter than Graphite and less fragile due to the high resistance to thermal shock.

We can machine C/C Heater Elements to your own specifications. From CAD to finished items our expert machinists will deliver high quality finished products. While our expert engineers can guide you with the finer details where you can achieve the desired resistivity values for your heat-zone.
Neftec uses PC70 and PC30 elements throughout their own vacuum furnaces.
Durable and Consistent
Using our short-fibre C/C to manufacturer heater elements means you are going to be assured that the element is extremely robust.
The elements can work in up to 2400°c with PC30 and 2000°c with PC70.
