Neftec offers class precision machined C/C Threads, studs, nuts, bolts and C/C Rods for heat-treatment and Vacuum furnace market. C/C Threads are extensively used throughout the construction of; vacuum furnaces, Solar Cell manufacturing, fixtures and fittings.

Advanced Threaded Bar and Nut Solutions

Short-fibre carbon composite C/C threaded bars, bolts, nuts and plain rods offer advantages over traditional long-fibre composites and high-temperature alloys. The high density and very high inter-laminar strength allows for far greater accuracy and tolerances when machining. This gives a cleaner thread but it also retains it’s high-strength due to the low risk of de-lamination.

PC Series Threads

Neftec's C/C Threads are available in Imperial and Metric sizes in the most commonly used sizes. PC70 is the primary C/C Composite used in lengths of 1000mm. We offer also 1250mm and 1500mm lengths. 

PC Series C/C Nuts

Neftec offer a range of C/C Composite nuts. We can manufacturer bespoke sizes or have a standard size on offer. The nuts are available in Square, Round and Hex in both Imperial and Metric sizes. 

PC Series Rods

Neftec's C/C Rods are available in Imperial and Metric sizes in the most commonly used sizes. PC70 is the primary C/C Composite used in lengths of 1000mm. We offer also 1250mm and 1500mm lengths. 

Bespoke Machined Bolts and Threads

Neftec can machine C/C Bolts, nuts and threads to customers specifications. Offering the highest quality finished machined products.
